find out about the ancient chinese art
History
Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese system of exercising the body through the co-ordination of breathing and body movement. In traditional Chinese medicine, chi (qi) is viewed as an energy that flows through all living things.
When the flow of chi through the body no longer runs smoothly the body becomes weak. Ailments to the body are seen as an irregular flow of chi. Through practising Chi Kung, one can improve the flow of chi throughout the body, reducing or eliminating pain, increase healing speed to injuries and improve general well being.
